“The closer you come to knowing that you alone create the world of your experience, the more vital it becomes for you to                         discover just who is doing the creating.”  - Eric Leventhal

I would like to welcome you in taking the first step toward finding, accepting and embracing your unique self. Your identity deeply impacts the type of struggles you face in life. Through your process of exploration and discovery of self, I believe that you can build resilience and strategies for discovering a deeper understanding of who you are and how you operate in the world. Through this growth and healing, you begin to build a stronger, more confident, and more effective you.

My therapeutic style is strength-based and relational. I will help you engage in the process of self-actualization, self-determination and empowerment through mindfulness interventions along with corrective emotional experiences.

I am a strong believer in your ability to create the life experiences you want. Through a strength-based, relational therapy, my hope and ultimate goal is that you will find an opportunity to align yourself with the authentic person you were always meant to be. I look forward to creating a safe space to work with you along this path. You deserve to be valued, seen and heard.

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with many years of experience in working in the mental health and behavioral health field. I received my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Texas in Austin, Texas, and my undergraduate degree from the University of California in Riverside, California.
