“To shine your brightest light is to be who you truly are”. –

Regardless of your stage of life —adolescent or adulthood, you
have the right to be who you are and feel comfortable in your skin.
I am here to enlighten you that there are people who care and want
to be an ally with you while navigating this journey. As a mental

health professional, I see the detrimental affects of family and
friends dismissing loved one’s personal experiences. Affirming
counseling has the potential to be positively transformational as we
prepare together for those challenging conversations and focus on
becoming your most authentic self with supportive personal behind
you. Therapy is not for changing the identity, but for coping with
intolerance. Life is hard as it is; that is why I work diligently to
foster a new opportunity of acceptance with a kind heart and
listening ear.
If you are or a loved one needs support, please don’t hesitate to
contact South Austin Counseling Services, so we can set you up
with the help you deserve, today!
